Treats by Winston found me already selling faster than one person could keep up with. Ashley bakes around a full time job. Her drops sell out on Hotplate in about two minutes, and for a long time that was basically all anyone could tell you about the business. There was no clean read on what a drop actually cost her, what it actually made her, or whether the order she just said yes to was worth the hours it was about to take. She wasn't behind. She was just moving faster than her own records could follow.
That's where I came in. I built her real batch math off her actual ingredients and yields, not guesses, so she can see what a job costs before she says yes to it. I gave her a simple log, one place that finally tracks what every drop, pop-up, and event actually made her, so three months from now the business can answer its own questions instead of everyone guessing. And I built her a website, because almost everything about Treats by Winston still runs through Instagram, and that works, but a business this good deserves a home that isn't rented from someone else's platform. A place a brand or a corporate client can land on and immediately understand who she is and what she does, without having to scroll through a feed first.
None of it was about handing her more to manage. It was about giving her some of her time back, letting her trust her own numbers, and giving the business a presence as real as the cookies themselves. We're still building it out. But for the first time, she's not flying blind.
